This past Sunday, Love is Love Farm at Gaia Gardens hosted a Fall-inspired farm dinner that reflected upon the beginnings of the slow food movement and its Italian origins by roping in mixologist extraordinaire, Paul Calvert of Paper Plane, Bruce Logue of Boccalupo, Drew Belline of No. 246, Kevin Ouzts of The Spotted Trotter, and the always beaming Sarah O'Brien of The Little Tart. Each chef created one course, and Paul brought an accompanying cocktail,for an Italian feast four-course menu that represented the soil and season of the farm.
